Man, I gotta say that some people have more money than sense.
Yeah, it might be nice to have, and even (maybe) to build and display, but a starting bid of $25,000? Gimme a break. I’d rather set my hair alight and put it out with an icepick.
I remember having and making quite a few of those old “Dungeon Series” Aurora kits when I was a kid…the Rack, the Pendulum, the Guillotine…my Mum thought they were morbid (but bought them for me anyway) but I had fun with them - the innocence of childhood.
I’d like to have them now, if only to build them to look real.
