Is the Finemolds Millennium Falcon out of production?

Hi there,

Last weekend I won the Finemolds Millennium Falcon at a model show raffle. I don’t see that you can buy this anywhere and I was wondering if it is out of production. I see that a couple of people have sold theirs for hefty sums on e-bay too – that’s pretty wild.

I’m really not into science fiction and was considering selling mine also. I might also hang on to it if I can get some input that it will increase in worth.

Yep, she is OOP, atleast for now… Rumor has it they were coming out with a built version but I can’t beleive they would sell too many due to costs…

Finemolds is releasing a 1/144 kit version of it 2nd quarter of this year. I’ve seen the big version go for as much as $200+ on Ebay, whether it will continue to increase in value is anyone’s guess…if it’s OOP I’d imagine that it would.

Nah, don’t believe what these guys tell you. The Falcon kit is still out there. In fact, there are literally thousands and thousands on the market. It’s actual worth is really only about $5 USD but since you’re a good guy, I’ll take it off your hands for twice that.[;)]

I’m kidding, of course. The Fine Molds Falcon is a real gem of a kit.
