I want to order one of their figures, but their site looks…dated. Hasn’t been updated since 2015, so far as I can tell. Anyone know if they are still taking orders?

Have never ordered, but just visited the above site (home page), and they have an update on recent product for July 14, 2016?
You can always write them, there is a direct link through the ‘contact us’ button.
