Mourningstar, Nice Job[tup] Watch those thumb prints though[;)]

there not finger prints they are abrasion marks …yeah that’s it lol. yeah i didnt notice it untillafter i had already put a dul coat onto it.

Mourningstar, Hey it’s all good. Still a nice job.

Joe

keep up the good work. i love that genre of armour. i have a real soft spot for soviet armour as it was converted all over the world. spewin’ about the print though.

Lovely!! Very nice weathering. One suggestion though: looks like there is a seam that you missed on the machinegun. Still, excellent overall and thanks for sharing the pics.[:p]

yeah i noticed that [:0]

Looks rugged and used. Nice job.

Nice job, other than the abrasion marks, only thing I could add would be maybe some weathering on the tracks to get themto fit in with the rest of the tank. Great job though.

Very nice Moringingstar. Thanks for posting the pictures.

Nicely done.
Is this the trumpeter kit?

Very nice. I’m gonna have to post pics of my “Desert Dog” I’m working on. it’s going to be an Iraqi Walker Bulldog. I’m starting a collection of Iraqi armor. i want some of those russian tanks but i’m a bit leary of the Hobby Craft/Trumpeter Russian kits.[8)] [Though i love my HC/Trump Challenger and both my Abrams.]

Great job. I love the ‘used and abused’ look from service in the desert.

Looks very real. [tup]

Send it to the M1 GB—wait no, it’s to pretty for that kind of “fun”

I always wanted to build a T-55, which kit is that?

This is Mourningstar, I’m on Scorns computer, that perticular model is the Hobby Craft T-55, we went on a spendeng spree at the local Hobby lobby a while back and picked up somthing like 7-8 models, that was my very first armor model. Thanks for all the praises on it. Just to let you all know, the picks that i have up there now are not the finished picks. I still have a little more detailing to do too it,(stowage, dio and what not). but for know that is put on hold. I just couldent wait any longer and went ahead and sarted on my Dragon M-51 Isherman that will be riding upon the trailer for the Dragon Wagon.

Lizard your Dragon is just phenomonal, I really love all the extra detail that you put into it, but hte only thing that i noticed, you didn’t sand down the mold seam lines on the tires. Other than that SUPERB JOB. I only hope that mine will look that good.

Well I’m off to take some picks of Scorn;s latest model. which also happens to be the Hobby Craft M1A1.

Nice job!! Looks used and abused.

So how was the build. Was it any trouble?

I am building the Trumpter Ti-67, which is basically their T-55 kit. Other than the usual Trumpter issues, lots of ejection marks, mold lines, thick sprue gates it is going together very well. It is no Tamiya, but nothing a little sandpaper and filler can’t fix.

Looks great
