hey guys. been awhile. havent had time to build much or do much with work and all. got this thing together for a show yesturday…was surprised i took first as i didnt do my “normal work” on it. some may like it some may not. regardless i have my first 1st place win and i can die a happy man now. the figures are both warriors and verlinden. the building/base was constructed from hydrocal. some of you might recognize the figures and a few details from my old but now defunct “mayhem in the hood” dio. met and unfortunate water accident (leaky pipe in basement). so i salvaged what i could from it. thanks for looking and as always comments and critiques appreciated.
sorry for the late reply deaf…the broken bottle is a verlinden resin bottle. i just cut it with my exacto the painted it then added about 6 layers of future to it. that’s it. glad u like it and thanks.
SCOTT!!! WHERE YA BEEN BUDDY? [whstl] thanks and glad it’s liked. now, on to building a 1:35 full scale building…that’s my next adventure. have some good ideas.
That looks cool! Congrats for the trophy. Master Box has just recently released “Iraq, kit 2” figure set containing 3 insurgents and a boy. I’ve got one and will have it built into a vignette soon.

First of all, let me echo the congrats on the first place win. Well done and well deserved.
To the above:
Jeff,
There is a show in Maine - ‘DownEastCon’. It is held in the fall timeframe (I’d have to get you specific dates), in Southern Maine. Shoot me a ‘Conversation’ if you want me to get you some specifics.
