I thought I would take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Paul and I live in , which is just south of . I have been checking out the forum a couple months now without posting, so I thought it would be good time to jump into the game.
I am returning to modeling after about a twenty year leave of absence. My ten year son wanted to start building models. It didn’t take a lot for him to talk me into starting this hobby again. I thought it was really cool that he wanted to give modeling a try. So, we are both jumping in feet first. We are in the process of making a work area in the garage and building a good supply of kits. We are doing a little bit of everything: sci-fi, space, ships, figures, autos, and airplanes. He is a big Star Wars fan so we have a lot of Star Wars kits to build.
We both have a lot to learn about modeling but we are having a lot of fun. I hope I can keep him interested in this hobby so he can enjoy as much as I do.
