Good afternoon and Happy Holidays. I’ve been lurking around for a few months and thought i’d finally say hello and tell everyone how absolutely in awe i am of the skill level i have seen here. just amazing!!! names bubbajoe…joe is fine. heading over the hump of middle age .getting more and more AARP mail. i have a very physical job but to be honest its not very challenging ,so last year i started building models to learn some new skills and try my hand at this hobby .just to keep the ole squash working. built many models as a kid but haven’t done any in decades up til last year. built a few hotrods with mixed results. was talked into trying military by a young guy who works for me and has a real talent for it. so he gave me a tamiya 6x6 which sat on my desk for almost a year. finally got the nerve to open the box and have at it. please excuse the lousy photos… i’d love to hear some feedback, pointers and criticisms(don’t worry i have my big boy pants on) I really enjoyed doing this build and have already picked up my next build a tamiya M41 bulldog
