Thanks to Greg Harting I’m a new guy here. My name is Dan and I mostly build cars and trucks with a plane thrown in there somewhere now and then. I started building planes way back in the late 50’s and then found cars. The planes that I like are mostly WWII aircraft with some of the early jets of the 50’s and 60’s. The cars I build are from any era before the late 80’s. Lately, I’ve been into rebuilding old glue bombs. Some that I’ve built back in the day, and others I’ve gotten from other people. This looks like a great place to be and I’m looking forward to participating here. [cwby] Dan

Welcome to the Forums Dan! I love 348s too. I owned a '60 Chevy Convert. with a worked over 348. It served me well. Check out my work in progress build on the Auto Forum. It’s probably on page 2 or 3 by now. I’m rebuilding an old '32 Ford “Big Deuce” and taking the V-8 out and installing a Ferrari Testarossa V-12 in the rear. Having fun building it. Hope I can make it all come together and look right. Glad to have you aboard.

Welcome Dan! Cars you say? Cool! I am amazed by how you auto guys get such awesome finishes! Make sure you post pics of your builds (and rebuilds!). Especially if you have any '79-'80 Camaro’s laying around! [*-)] I’m partial to Camaro’s!
