What colors should I use to paint the common light underside/green topside scheme on the Il-2m3? I read a review and I can only remember they suggested poly scale paints and one of them was Nato Tri Color Green.
If i want to airbrush poly scale paints, do i need thinner?
I’m not sure of the Poly Scale paints, but I know that Model Master produces WW II Russian colors in enamel, including those needed for the Il-2 camo.

NATO green is a fair representation of A24M Dark Green , but that color was not used on the Il-2.
exactly what aircraft are you building?
this will determine exactly what colors to use.
(2 or three color pattern and AII or AMT paints)
very common colors are AII Green , Brown and Black. also just green and black or green and brown.
