I see a lot of posts on what is your favorite plane to build and such. But if you could be able to fly any you wanted what would it be? For myself I would choose a Fokker D VII or D VIII. My confession is that I accidently posted this in the Introduce Yourself section…ooops.
Cheers,
Eric
oh boy… i’d have to say… P-47. Big, powerful, and loud. Yeah that’s how i like em

If I were bill Gaes I would buy an Sr-71b BlackBird so I can take a friend up with me to enjoy the flight!!![8D][:D] and hier some profesional group of people with knowledge and experience from restoring many other aircraft to restore a bird that doesn’t deserve retirement!!! Also the Northrop Grumman X-29 FSW. I would also like to fly in an F-22 Raptor or a Mig-29 Fulcrum in aREDHAT EXERCISE!!! THAT WOULD ROK HEAVY!!![:D][:D][^]
A B-17G…I’d love to take one on a bombing run through some of the Air Force’s target ranges. ![]()
I already have 20 min. stick time in a B-17G, [Sentimentil Journey] [:D][:D], but I would really love to fly an F-4 Phantom. Big, loud, smokey, and FAST.
Color me envious!!!
Definitely a Spit (either MkV, MkIX, MkXIV or MkXVI) or/and a P51D.

gimme an F-86 sabre or a Me 262
gimme an su-30mki with thrust vectorable nozzles and movable canards. oh yeah!
B-25 only way to go
P-51 Mustang, It’s the Cadillac of the skies. I already flew a T-6 Texan so I’m half way there!
I would have to say a T28B. My friend took me up in his 54 model and let me fly for about 30 min. it was nice.
hmm… for fast stuff, SR-71 and for powerful, A-10!!! YYYYYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH!
For a fighter, no question the F-104 Starfighter, and a bomber would certainly be the B-58 Hustler!

One flight was definitely not enough. Take her up as far as I can (within reason), maybe truck out a few barrel rolls…
Too far? Yeah, too far.
C’mon! Nothing says power like 24,000 horsepower! (Eight 3,000 hp radials = yeah, you get it.)
A Stuka for me…would love to try out a dive…
Regards, Dan
If it had a fan in the front…F4U Corsair, hands down.
If it were a gas-passer…tough choice, F-15, more likely F-14, with GE engines.
Anytime…baby!
