ICM Konig/Grosser Kurfurst Torpedo nets??

Hi Shipmates,
My local LHS here in Warsaw has just got a new stock of second hand and deleted kits. 2 of which are the above German dreadnoughts by ICM. I know they are currently OOP and never having done a WW1 ship my curiosity was piqued.
I did a little web search and found comments were good about this kit but they mentioned that torpedo nets were not depicted on the Konig.
Question… Explain, torpedo nets and position and are they depicted on the second kit of the Kurfurst?
I looked at GMM set for the ship and no mention of fittings for the nets.
Jake…how is the Zebec/Chebec coming along now? I am still digging for details on colours etc but it has had to go on the back burner for a while now I have this museum gig taking up my time.I just thought the dreadnought would make a change and something to do when the armor gets too boring.
Thanks in advance,
Jim. The expat Brit.( i came in from the cold)[:)]

To get the etched brass set for the Kurfurst, you’ll have to go to White Ensign. Their set includes the fittings for the torpedo net shelves. I’m using the better parts of both W.E. and GMM on my Grosser Kurfurst. If you’re doing the later war version, the torpedo nets and fittings were removed during a refit,so you won’t have to mess with them. The nets and fittings were depicted on the box art for the Kurfurst, the net booms are included on one of the sprues, but none of the other equipment was. If you want to do the as built version, you’re in for a ball-there are for shelves to be mounted on the hull alongside the lower deck supported by about a hundred teeny-tiny brackets. Good Luck! Jack
