Just did a Google on IAR 80 and clicked Images at the top to see what would shoe up (a lot). Then went back and clicked Webs to get some to the sites.

As to the plans, sorry there is no scale on them but the site above gives dimensions so you should be able to figure them out. The interior details had a couple of other views which would be useful.
Are you working on a kit or going for scratch? I am trying to get my hands on the MPM kit in 1/72. There is another by Pegasus but a lot harder build. Also at least 1 decent kit in 48th. On the image search I mentioned, you get lots of pics of others built up kits and these sometimes lead to how they built them.
