it is finally done, well, there are few things to do to finish it completely, few drops of hello drap here and there, some clear colours etc etc.
Kit is Hasegawa Ah-64D, and I used awesom decal sheet from Isradecal and conversion set from IsraCast. Few bits from eduard are here and there and few more scratchbuild parts, especially fod covers.
Excellent build! [tup] I really like the weathering on this one! Looks very realistic, and the droop on the rotor blades plus the RBF tags are nice details that definitely add to the realism. Very cool indeed!
Very awsome, how was the resin conversion set. I have been eyeing it but the price is a bit hard to swallow for me. I love the look of the Isreali Apaches.
Great weathering all around and a spectacular finish!! The Hasa kit is a great starting point!
Well, I am not very happy with the quality of resin of this set. The fit is relatively ok, but surface detail is rough, definitely out of standards. However, the shape is good, as well as pe parts. instructions are awesome, you get a small walkarround booklet. There was a lot of work invested in fuel tanks, which are, IMO the worst part of the kit. it is doable, and if you really like Saraf then you shoud get one. You need 20$ decals also. It is a bit too pricey.
