Placing three times in the same show is excellent smokinguns, very nice job. How was the competion there? I have been entering show for 5 years and have only walked way with 3 or more wins twice, remember I only build 1/48 and 1/32 aircraft. The more catagories you enter better your chances for multiple wins. I have seen people walk way with 6 or more winners at one time, talk about your tough compition[:)] Was it an IPMS show or a local independed show? Keep entering shows I hope to one day meet you at a reigonal or national event. Well done

You couldn’t have asked for a better venue…lots of planes, great weather, burgers and dogs…
John yes it was a pretty good show it was my first so i got my cherry poped[:D]As for the good year air show i over heard some CAF volentters say it was vary un oganized, Over all alot of vary nice builds there where only 4 1/32 A/C kits not much of a challenge[:P]

Pheonix thanks thats what ive heard shoot i think i was just real lucky there where alot of nice builds there. It was sponserd by greig hewitt pheonix chapter IPMS but it was opened to all modelers, so i dont know if it was ipms sanchaned or not.

Thats what i thought was cool is you could walk around and under the A/C and touch them my dad was popin open all the access panel on the f-4 phantom telling me what they where for and where else you gona get up close to and personel to take pics.
