I had an up close and personal look at that kit in the shop, and WOW! Have fun with it, and try to finish it before those boys of yours actually get to college. Don’t forget the pics because a lot of us will be building vicariously through you.

I could definetly see me getting a 1/16 T-34 at some time

I’m kind of leary about doing models that looks like you can ride on them!

Now you could save that kit Build. It could be yours…think of it…barrel smartly painted and turret always happy to see you when you entered the room. Its treads quivering with excitement at the thought of the camo paint job you’d give it, the celuclay base gently supporting it, as it was so happy that you saved it from young snot nose. Never judging you, always there for you man.

I went back for some reference to “Elementary School Playground Rules in Action” by Squadron. It says a triple dog dare can only be made by the person who suceesfully completes a “double-dog-dare”.
It appears that the preasure is on me now !
I don’t know, though, I’m still breathing funny from when Billy Hogelboom dared me to put play-doh up my nose in fifth grade.

Man, you guys are awful! I had, for some mysterious reason, avoided this post until now. I think it’s a good thing I did. As the saying goes…“With firends like you…”. Maybe that would be more appropriate as “With FIENDS like you”!!!

I think it’s great you got that one coming in. What a cool looking kit it is. I can’t wait to see how you do with it. I wouldn’t have anyplace to put together, let alone display, a behomoth like that. But I’d sure like to.
Oh, by the way, your math leaves a little to be desired. It works out to just under 17 cents a piece. At 6 cents, the whole kit would only cost about $46. But that’s okay. I understand how being overcome with emotion over having to wait for this beauty has clouded your mathmatical reasoning powers!
Build, I won’t start on you the way the others have… No “buy i, buy it” stuff.
Just get the dang thing so you and ausf can do a 2 man group build and be done with it!
