I think I'm set until 2008. The big Dragon roundup.

That singing out loud is always the last, desperate step. Pour on the pressure, folks, we’ve got him now!! BUY ME, BUY ME, BUY ME!!!

Nice stash. Too small of a scale for me though.

Is the Trump t-34 that good?
Not really a fan of anything bigger than 1:35, but maybe, just maybe…

Ausf,
I dare you to buy it…In fact, I double dog dare ya!

This, Gentlemen, may be the straw…
I bought my first new car back in '91, an Isuzu Amigo, because a girlfriend said, ‘If you buy that, I’m leaving’…(she did. That was a great Truck)

I once, Buff will appreciate this, ordered a Andre Racicot pro CCM jersey, because a girl in a bar said she would never speak to me again if I did…(she did.)

Although I’m old enough to know not to stick my tongue against a frozen flagpole, I might not be above a double-dog dare.[:p]

All that over Red Light Racicot? Wow! I didn’t know beer goggles made goalies look better!

U know u want to. Just go on get it u deserve it. U cant stop thinking about can u. There is only 1 way to stop the voices and u know what u hav to do to stop it. buy me buy me buy me.

Keep well.

At no time, no matter how drunk you are, could you confuse Racicot for a good goalie.

Let me spell this out…
I am only back into modeling since Christmas. That’s six months.

This is what I’ve accomplished in said six months…

only the BMW is complete.

This is what I acquired in said six months…

Plus a small library of Tiger books.

This is what’s en route…
PE for 1/16 Tiger I

Dragon 1/72 Sturmtiger
Dragon 1/72 Panther G
Dragon 1/72 King Tiger
RevellAG 1/72 8 ton half
RevellAG 1/72 Stug III
Dragon 1/144 Sturm, Maus, Panzer IV, E-100, Pz 38 and three Tiger I

And you, my pals, want me to add a 1/16 T-34 to this?

Which one? '42 or '43[:P]

Well both of coarse… I have the 43, I believe the only differanceis the mantel and barrel, maybe road wheels too.

And with this post I reached higher fame…multi media. [:p]

We’re working on the same time frame, and you’re about 1/2 kit ahead of me. I have finished a Semovento, and half finished a Firefly Vc. You’re stash however, is much larger than mine. All I have is Tamiya Churchill VII. One kit in your stash that I had given some serious thought to buying was the Panzer III, but it seems awfully expensive. It goes for $55 around here. The panther seems to be more bang for the buck,
Awful lot of wingy thingies in that stash for a darksider…

Buff is right. Wingy things do not count against total kits stashed for darkside fans. Thus, by the law of build, you are indemnified of all wrong by your purchase of the big T-34. Besides, you need something to smoothly transition between those small boxes and the big Tiger box…

Glad you got the reference BTW. One of my favorite movies.

Anyway, before you fall for renarts’ double dog dare, check out Perth military modelling site (pmms.webace.com.au). Under reviews, they got the Trumpeter T34 – with pics of the parts, the instructions, etc. You will drool. Salivate like Pavlov’s MUTT. And the screams…the screams…buy me buy me buy me buy me buy me buy me BUY ME!!!

Is that all it takes ??[:0][:0][:0]

Here Andrew O let me help w/that link

http://pmms.webace.com.au/reviews/vehicles/trumpeter/tr00903.htm

…T-34…T-34/76…T-34/85…T-34…

Achtung Fascists!!!

The '42 is on the way.

Creeps.

It better be good.[;)]

We did it guys we got another one to buy it!!! Now who do we get to buy the next one???

If it makes you feel any better about the perils of giving into temptation, and all the other nonsense this hobby drives us to , tomorrow I’m going to a hobby shop in town (well, actually a hobby warehouse in town) with my Father’s Day money, a big chunk of my income tax refund and some cash I’ve set aside. I will walk out with a new airbrush, compressor and a 1/35 Tamiya Panther (version to be determined at the shop). Included at no extra cost, a whole hockey sock full of nasty looks from wife. I wasn’t going to buy a kit with the other stuff, but I couldn’t possibly buy all that painting stuff without buying something to paint, could I! Wouldn’t be right, now would it?

Glad to hear someone else is due…Sock fulf? I 'm used to a goalie bag full of looks!

Just so you guys know I’m not some sort of spending lunatic here:

I have a wife, two small boys, dog and house. No matter what, I couldn’t justify spending this type of cash, even extra cash, on kits with future college tuitions (just in case they don’t land that MIT scholarship) retirement, et al. to save for.
What I did realize though, it was going to be a long time before I will get to dive again and I’m never going to be playing bass in a Manhattan bar til 4 AM anymore so…
I unloaded a ton of gear on Ebay, and as the saying goes, Jed’s a millionaire (Oil that is, Black Gold, Texas tea…) Couldn’t part with the hockey gear though.[;)]
Free money right?

AND I MEAN IT. THIS IS IT. NO MORE!

HOOOO RAH ! [yeah][tup]

Allright ! - That will make a great compliment the rest of your 1/16 collection

I hope you don’t mind if I live vicariously through you for this experience. I don’t see that “cretin” visiting me for some time.

The only question is how long is your beard going to be the time you finish all three of those behemoths

I only hope I can START THEM before arthritis, alzheimers and demetia set in.
I think I have a jump on dementia though.

Best part of dementia is you start a new model everyday ! [:0][}:)]

You can’t take it with you, and the govt. only wants it to buy their own stupid stuff, so use it while you have it. [;)]

Congrats on the new aquisition (I heard it really wasn’t all that good, don’t know why you wasted your money)[:o)] I’M KIDDING!!!

Hey Build22, don’t you need that big scale Sherman by SOL?
