I swear I’m following all the steps properly. Can anyone tell what I’m doing wrong? I’m taking out all the spaces and the link ends with “.jpg”. Help!

Hmmm…are you trying to link a picture?
Perhaps it’s on a site that doesn’t allow direct linking.
Now, how you can find that out, I don’t know…
Good luck!
J-Hulk! I knew you’d be helpful! Thanks for responding. I’m actually using that “Rongeorge” website. Are you familiar with that one? I thought that was one we could use. If not, is there another site you could recommend?
Thanks again for your help!
Eric
Your picture needs to be on a photo hosting web site, Like http://photobucket.com/register.ph This is the page to register for your own online album. If you have already done this then your code to post a pic will look somthing like this,
IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v355/briflight/HPIM0253.jpg[/IMG
The only diffrence is that you need to bracket the IMG on the ends, so ’ [ ’ on the left end, and ’ ] ’ on the right end of the IMG with your pic from photobucket in the middle. If you still need more help go to the community assistance page to check out the suggestions there. http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4462If you do it right here’s what the pic above looks like.
Briglight,
So if I do it right then the picture of my airplane will look like a picture of a motorcycle? LOL! Just kidding! Thank you for the help Briflight. I’ll try out the Photobucket site right now. I’m so excited!
Thank you tons for the help.

Hi!
RonGeorge works just fine…that’s where my sig pix are.
Should work!
Did you right click on the pic, then click on “properties,” then copy the URL?
Should work!
As mine do!
Good luck!
use this URL:
http://rongeorge.com/albums/upload/yourfilename
use upload if that’s where your file is otherwise use armor, dioramas, aircraft, etc.
your filename must end in jpg, gif, bmp, or any other picture format suffix.
OOPS I see you got it already at the TESTING FORUM so nevermind my earlier post.
