I have a deep intrest with the Tiger II Ausf.B and would like to show off its guts but I don’t know if I should get the tank workshop’s interior or the Verlinden kit. And should I go with the Aber photo etch set or the Eduard set for the exterior

i believe that aber sets are meant to be the holy grail of PE, but most people won’t use more that 50% of what they provide ie way too much ddetail; personally i’ve no complaints with eduard.
re the interior sets , i don’t really know i’m afraid.

Depends what you want open. Tank Workshop interior is for the fighting compartment only. Verlinden’s is lower hull and fighting compartment in one kit, and they provide a separate engine set as well. All said, you see very little through the small hatches unless you hold a torch in one hole and look through another.
Go Eduard if you are a novice with PE. Aber is very nice but can be over the top in the no. of bits as nick says, and can be a little too fine for rough handling (inevitable for a beast this size).
I would go with eduard PE for sure if this is one of your first , ( if not your first ) PE sets , they are really quite difficult in thier own right , some very tricky and small details . If you decide to go ABER , which I have a love hate relationship with BTW! they look just fantastic when done , but some deatils are so insanely small you will literally spend hours doing a single small part, ( this is no exaggeration here , my jagdtiger had a small latch for a wooden box on the rear , that took me at least 3 hours to do successfully , it is just crazy how small the parts are , microscopic !) Also Aber almost requires good soldering skills to do fender details ETC , the larger stuff , ya know , if not you will break them free over and over again and thus negate the use of PE to begin with, the CA cement will build up way too much and be noticeable when finished . I also recommend annealing ( heating til the metal glows red ) prior to using any PE set , it just gives you one more bend should you make more than one mistake , and in the world of PE that may be all you get ![:(!]

Aber sets really are for the insane/masochistic at heart. But I keep on buyin’ them. It’s an expensive way to "practice, but I’m hoping one of these days to get one to work right!! Which King are you building? Lots of experience/help out here if you run into questions! Welcome to the forum!
