I sent in a subscription card back in Dec (?) and started receiving my mags last month. No complaints there. The problem is for the third or fourth time that I’ve subscribed, I haven;t received a bill. Is it in the mail? Has it been lost in the mail? Have I won a free subscription for being the one billionth subscriber?

The request may get answered here but there’s no telling how quickly. If you contact them directly, a reply should be received in rather short order.
