This one has sat for so long awaiting paint. I finally got the color I needed (Insignia Red) the fourth time I ordered it. The intake interiors had to be painted before they were glued in place, and the seam needed sanding. I can’t afford to keep ordering like that (minimum order, shipping).
The kit is Hasegawa’s 1/48 A-4M Skyhawk, in Israeli Defence Force markings. It is OOB, with the exception of a True Details resin seat.
The camo was painted freehand using Gunze Sangyo acrylics. The paint performed VERY well. It never dried on the airbrush’s tip, despite spraying each of the four colors for about 30 minutes. For an acrylic, it’s pretty good. I still need some touchup here & there, and the flap/slat/brake interiors are not yet painted.

I really love this scheme and these colors. This is being built for a customer, but I’ll have to get one of these for myself.
