I just broke my airbrush

Me too, when I came back to this hobby last year, I had to buy new airbrushes and I went for Gaahleri and have been very happy. I now have 5 of them, though one (the Classic CS) has become surplus. I should just donate it.

I can honestly say that whatever airbrush you buy that is different than what you are used to using is going to have a learning curve.
I have two that really like.
1). A double action 1.5 needle tamiya with a hard stop for the needle. You can dial in a max amount of overspray for freehanding camo pattern edges.
2). Iwata eclipse w/ 3.0 needle for water based paint and filling in larger areas.

Get a hangar for your airbrush, I mounted mine to the table to keep from knocking it over.
