Found this photo on www.militaryphotos.net . Does anyone know what kind of tank? The side armor looks like an M1A2, but the barrel looks wrong[http://](http://)

It looks like a Desertized Chally II.

I believe that it’s a British Challenger 2 with the add-on armor package developed for OIF. You can tell because of the thermal imaging sight housing over the gun mantlet, and the large blocks of Chobham armor on the front side skirts. Another ID feature are the 55 gallon fuel drums carried Soviet-style on the rear of the tank.
