I been Liberated !

Well, it’s just a few days short of two years - and I’m finally getting around to posting my first pic ! Not that I haven’t completed any models - I just didn’t have the means to get pictures to you guys.

Here’s my Monogram B-24D Liberator in a progress pic near completion. (wish I had that camera before the fuselage was joined together) I’m doing it straight outta the box - decals and all as “Moby Dick” of the Jolly Rogers. I’m pretty sure that this kit with these decals has been around since the 80’s - and have yet to see a finished one straight outta the box - so I thought I’d give it a go.

Hopefully the photos AND the models will get better with time. When He’s done (I can’t call him a “she” - He’s Moby Dick for goodness sake !) maybe I’ll find a way to get a higher res photo to you.

Thanks for letting me share and thanks for all the tips, help and motivation that you guys and gals have been.

Chris

Looking great Bossman. Cant wait to see the rest.

Well, it was worth the wait! Great looking model!

That’s looking quite nice. Those big bombers are always a challenge. Looking forward to seeing it completed.
