Does anyone know where to find a 1/35 scale hummer engine for use in a Tamiya hummer?
Squadron has one, I think it is for the Tamiya kit. Right now my squadron catalog is in a foot locker headed home or else I would look it up for you. If you go to squadron.com you should be able to find it. From the looks of the picture in the catalog it looks pretty nice.

It is not difficult to scratch up either. I did it using a block from a M113 kit and bits and pieces from car model engines and engine compartments.
