Humber Mk. IV Tamiya 1/48

Hello
Between a few more serious projects I did this little armoured car.
Vehicle frrom 1st Reconnaissance Regiment, 1st Polish Panzer Division, Snaffle Exercises, Newmarket, England, July/August 1943

The Tamiya kit was wety good to work with it. This is my in-box review video:

Of course I change some things here and there:
-replaced the fork lift hangers
-added some wires

  • drilled the front reflector and added transparent cover
  • replaced spare wheel mount and handles for spare fuel cans
-added handles on the engine deck
  • drilled main gun barrel and Besa mg
  • added some resin stowage

And the final look:

Great job on the car and figure.

And I love the base, one day I’ve got to try something like that instead of setting the model on a flat ground.

looks great, love the base and dynamic pose. what did you use for the tree and flowers? I have been looking for 1/48 plant materials

Really nice build and great job on the base as well. And i like the tree.

I didn’t know they conducted excersises near newmarket, going to have to look into that. Appropriate name for an excersise.

Very nice,excellent weathering.

Fantastic job. I love the presentation too. That base is awesome!

WOW!! Nice job on the armoured car.

Very nice work. Really like the presentation.
