Definitely better than a resin kit- and especially better than the old Airmodel vac form kit.[:O]

Hannants is sure to sell much more than just the Huma kit and I won’t want the expense of more than two of those Ju-287s[;)]

I paid $72 I think for the Huma Ju-287 wheni it first came out. The owner of my LHS made a funny face and asked if I was really sure that I wanted it. I had a couple of Huma kits finished by then so I knew what I was getting into. At least the Ju-287 was one of their better kits. It needs a lot of nose weight and the landing gear is terribly wobbly though. The RATO pods are rubbish, so I used some DML ones pinched from two Ar-234 kits.

i was hoping Huma would have done a Ju-252 or Ar232 “Millipede”. The Mach Poo Ar-232 kit is terrible!

If there is a 1946 GB next year, I might join in to finish one or two to thin the stash!

I have read about those issues with the 287, and was going to do the same thing for the RATO’s.

A decent 252 and 232 would be real nice additions to the collection.

Bish. Thanks for the invitation. Sure let me know when you start the GB and I’ll joint you guys. Not sure what I’ll be going to build for this GB. Does Dornier 335 two seat night fighter (Revell) qualify ? I’ve just picked it up from LHS.

It certainly does, I am going to be as flexible as possible with this GB. Build thread will be up end of Nov with building starting 1st Jan.
