how to up scale decals

Hi im wanting to up scale some decals i have for a 1.24 model car to a 1/8 scale model car . What is the best way to do this. Thanks

Enlarge by 3X. Scan into a photo editing program and use its resizing function.

There is an article in a somewhat recent FSM on making your own inkjet decals. If you need dark colored decals to go over a light colored paint it is pretty easy. If you need light colored decals for a dark colored finish the job is considerably harder.
