i would like to know how to get a good finish om my reb mutang with a spray can
HEY,
Well, when i use rattle cans, i do very thin layers one at a time. Otherwise the paint runs. Afterwards i use testors gloss clear coat. If you have an airbrush, usee future floor wax. Sorry if this dont help.

Talk about your loaded questions JR!
I have never, yes never, had good results with a rattle can on a car.
I have a friend who can put a finish on a car with a can of Testor’s you’d swear was polished out! He says it’s no secret you just spray it, and leave it!!!
Tonight I’m going to attempt to put a finish on my Peugeot 206 Rally car with Tamiya Aircraft silver. . .I had excellent results on my P47 with it so what the heck I’ll give it a go.
If I find it is the Tamiya paint I’ll give my Mustang a coat of Green from Tamiya.
I’ll let you know how I do.

Jr ,I have noticed a bit of a better result if you warm up the can before spraying.I just stick it in some warm water for little while and go to painting.
HEY,
Good call lizardqing, i forgot that.
Randy
I use a polishing kit. FSM will have a article in the Dec. issue on paint can finishes.
