I’m building the 1/48 Monogram B-24H for a friend. This will be the last H model built at the Inglewood factory in California. This plane had all of the workers signatures on the a/c. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to replicate the signatures? I plain on finishing the plane with Alclad II.

If you can find color photos, I would try to make custom decals to do it.

If you do decide to do it through the custom decal route, the decals forum in the tools and techniques area has had a number of threads on inkjet decal making. How big ARE the signatures? If they will not be very big on the model you may not need to be very accurate, just using almost any script font may be good enough.
However, if you do have good pics, then using a decent photo editing program to set the background to white or transparent will allow you to make the decal photographically, without any real artistic work.
Holy crap!! I just viewed the photos. You’re gonna do those signatures in 1/48 scale? Yikes! I wouldn’t dream of attempting that. Maybe some of the larger ones but the smaller stuff would be mere scribbles. Good luck. I look forward to seeing the completed project.
The way I see it, the signatures being real small actually makes it easier to do, especially in modern photo editing software. If the signatures are too small to resolve well in the final printed size, then virtually any signature could be scaled, rescaled and used as a decal, as long as size/length of original is appropriate. From eight or ten pixels per letter height, I’ll be even two per letter height would be okay.
