How do you add pic's to posts?

I can’t seem to put pictures in my posts, or how to make a signature!!! I’m a bit of a noob, I’m afraid… How would you do this in Microsoft Windows XP?

Your operating system shouldn’t matter…you have to tag the picture…like so:

[ img] [ /img]

Find the pic online you want (it has to be online) right click on the pic, select properties, and copy the URL…paste the URL in between the img tags, without spaces…that’s it. For your sig pic, do the same…go to update profile, and do the same thing for your sig.

I tried that on my sig and all it shows is the URL. What did I do wrong?

Put the URL in between the [ img ] and the [ /img ] signs. (Note: Be sure to type it in a way that there is no spaces between “[” and “img” and “]” as well as between “[” and “/img” ans “]”.)

If the picture still does not appear then it is either your link has some problems or the server where the picture is hosted does not allow cross linking.

I’ll bet its the server. I checked everything else. If you click on it it’ll bring up the picture though. Can anyone recomend a place to get pictures?

Hey, I get mine from the Aviation Humor section of www.najaco.com Thats where the “photo caption” pics seem to come from too[8D]
