I submitted a hot tip for FSM, only to find out that I need a social security number to be awarded $25. So, not only can I not enter competitions in FSM, If my tip is published it seems I won’t get paid. Surely there’s some way around this?
Also, on the submission form, one of the states must be part of your address, there’s no way to blank that bit out.

A non-U.S. citizens will be paid for his tip, even if he doesn’t have social security numbers. I don’t think the online form requires you to fill in the state field. If it does, just e-mail the tip (with your full name, address, and contact info) to tips@finescale.com.

As for the online form, there’s no way that I could find to blank out the ‘state’ field.
