Hose for Tamiya and Iwata airbrushes

Do both brands use the same connection for the hose? I was under the impression that Tamiyas are basically Iwata clones, but I want to make sure. I have a Tamiya HG, and am planning on buying an Iwata HP-CS.

I have never used a Tamiya airbrush but I think they are basically Iwata neo airbrushes but I could very well be wrong. If you have a nut and bolt store in your area than its no problem they will hook you up with any adaptors that you need. Ihave the Iwata cs series airbruhes and the NEO series as well all connections are the same size
