As some know my kast order from HH was a little messed up (They sent the wrong paint) so I sent them an email. I explained the situation and told them I still wanted to keep the “incorrect” color anyway. Mr. Wolfe replied within a few hours and told me to just mention it on the next order and the correct paint will be sent free of charge.
Sounds like first rate customer service to me. I have never ordered from them but by your experience I will have to give them a look see. Mistakes happen to everyone, the suppliers who own up and do their best to make things right will get my business everytime.
My experience was slightly different: I ordered online a few items, and waited patiently for the UPS truck for over a week. Then I got an email saying my order was cancelled because those items were all discontinued. Number One: why put d/c’d stuff on the website? Number Two: did it really take them that long to figure it out? Number Three: they put no effort into locating the items from a distributor; they simply cancelled my order with a very curt email; no apologies. What a complete waste of my week. I’ll think twice about ordering from them ever again.
Done a bit of business with them the past months. Got a little trouble during the first time but it was eventually settled. So far I’m satisfied with their service. Just made another order to them, seems they sell their products cheaper than my LHS.

Despite all our efforts, sometimes things don’t go as we would like (case in point Shamrage’s post). I don’t recall the exact event, but I do apologize for any error. It is never our wish to upset any visitor or customer. Please remember there are still humans behind these ‘flawless’ computers you use to place your orders [:D]
I have dealt with them twice in the past few months. Both times there was a delay due to problems finding what I needed. The customer service is excellent, Bill’s responses to emails are timely and prices are really good, as long as it’s not a rush, I’m very happy with them.
