Not sure if anyone has done this, but I wanted to share this. I wanted to buy some microbrushes to apply my Zip Kicker and anything else. However, I got tired of buying consumables. I came up with this.
I took a needle and an old paint brush (a left over chop stick will work as well). I cut the end of the brush off. I drilled a hole the same diameter of my needle. Since I wanted small, I used a #8 needle, (I believe). I super glued the needle into the hold in the brush.
Then using my Dremel, I ground the end of the needle eye off until it was just half the eye. Then you just take a small portion of cotton ball. Jab the needle into the cotton and twist it tight. It makes a great reusable microbrush. When you’re done, you can either pull off the cotton, or burn it off and then start over and use it again.
