Hi Guys
I thought I would start my LVTP5A1 with interior before Gino does a better hob of it than I can…[;)]
But I need Step 5 of the instruction sheet, dealing with mg turret & about a 100 other bits! I’ve got the other parts, but need Stage 5!
can anyone help?
thanks in advance

Jon,
I have that HF010 kit too and mine only has bits for the inside of the hull. As a matter of fact, on my instructions, stage 5 is all about the Front Door…
[%-)] thanks for reply, [%-)]
but I have 2 double-sided A4 sheets, booklet folded, & i’m missing the middle bit, which i assumed was stage 5, must have another look![:O]
i’ll get back to you after the weekend!

OOPS! After ‘carefully erm READING’ instructions, I have discovered that stage 5 is on stage 4 page… Oh well, if all else fails… RTFM! BIP pics on photobucket LVTP5A1 folder Interior:
Pretty happy with Hobby Fan interior, (apart from directions!) Of note: are the warped frames, to be straightened with hot H2o, the rattle-can Halfords’ Acrilic Primer, on resin & plastic parts, with FIERCE overspray! First time i’ve used it, lol! I’ve opened up the .30cal turret opening, to remove the ‘slots’, by scribing round the KIT turret base-plate with a needle, & smoothing edge at 90degrees. & use of wooden pegs with ends cut back to hold parts, I got a pack of 36 for less than a dollar!
More in a month or so, & Comments are invited nb, In the AFV interiors page for this: http://www.geocities.com/pentagon/5791/lvtp5a.html It mentions that: “Normally, the side benches would be folded up along the walls where you see the vertical roof supports. When folded, the unique zigzag pattern of the bottom seat cushion supports would be visible on both sides of the space” any ideas what this would have looked like, & how common was it to remove all seats? thanks in advance Jon UK
