Can anybody provide contact info to get replacement parts from Hobbyboss?

Google seems to show that Stevens International of NJ is a distributor of HB kits. When MMD/Squadron was a distributor for Asian kits in the US it was not uncommon for them to break open a box to get a sprue to fulfill a missing piece request. That helped lead to Squadrons scratch & dent sales

You can ask Stevens but no guarantee. YMBS.

edit: ad inside front cover of current FSM for MRC has them as distrubutor for HB kits

Thanks Ed I sent Stevens an email this morning. The HB main page is screwy and didn’t work for me.

Squadron was great. I had an Eduard Fokker kit that was gifted to me and was missing a couple of small parts. The customer service manager sent me the same kit that was open and missing the decals for just the shipping charge of $5. He didn’t have to do that since I didn’t buy the kit from them but he went out of his way to help.

Very fast response from Stevens but unfortunately not what I wanted to hear. They are not distributors for HB.

Mine came in about two weeks, last November, in an actual box. They were really good to work with.

What kit do you need parts for?

I need parts M5 and M7 on the 1/48 F14B Kit 80367. These are gun doors with the later pattern vents.

I once purchased a hobby boss truck kit that was missing an entire sprue I contacted MMD squadron ( HOBBYBOSS North American Distributor ) It did take some time but after about 3 weeks I got my sprue in the mail thanks tp MMD
