A little more than 24 hours after HobbyLobby snatched up $150 of my hard earned money (Paasche VL Double action A/B) they got $60 more. Got the Tamiya Pfeil w/ Kettenkratrad (is that even right?) and the Tamiya Me-262-2a with the Ketten thing. I also grabbed Accurate Miniatures Weapons set. So many cool models, so little time.

Well RadMax8 dont feel bad HL is to far for me to drive cost more in gas. But Hobby Depot got $130 of hard erned cash just bought 3 kits, Iam thinking of maybe in the next couple weeks i might get a gravity feed AB. And when i was kid i thought this was a cheap hobby[:D] boy was i wrong well could be worse man.
You got that right! The place where I work is an old auto dealership showroom and shop. The boss makes a few extra bucks storing nice cars for people. The local bank just brought in a '32 Ford Coupe hot rod someone had borrowed $25,000 on and then got it repossesed! [V][censored]

What some people do huh they want the lifestyle but cant afford it. and for 32 grand it had better be [censored] Show qwality first place trophy winner. i help build a 38 chevy coupe hot rod guy had 70 or 80 grand invested but wasnt worth that much at least back then.
I heard of someone who was convinced the Pontiac Fiero was going to be a collectors car. When they came out, he bought one and put it up on blocks in a garage he rented. He was shelling out a couple of hundred a month for the garage. I think he lost his shirt on that deal.
