Thanks, y’all. I was pretty nervous about using the stencils mostly because it’s something new for me but I like the result. My friend made stencils for the Bell P-400 of the 67 Fighter Squadron, 347 Fighter Group on Guadalcanal and for a P-40B of the Flying Tigers. I also have stencils for the camouflage patterns as well. I sure hope this all works well.

Allen, it’s like jumping into a cold swimming pool – ya just gotta do it.

Very cool Frank. I love the Wildcat. One of my favorite subjects. HobbyBoss did a much better job with the landing gear bay compared to Tamiya. Your painted insignias came out great. That’s the only way I do insignias now. It makes all the difference. I hope you stick with it. :wink:
