HMS bounty

Hello-

I’m new to the forum and to the hobby. I’m building my second wood ship, the HMS Bounty from Artesania Latina. I’v had some stormy seas but we are still afloat. I’v finally reached the masts as my main deck is almost complete.

My question is: I’d like to place the ship on a base. Since it’s quite large, is it a mistake to use brass pedestals? What do you guys reccommend?

Not into ship modelling, so can’t help you with your question but if you the ship building folder and ask your question there I sure that you will get an answer.
