Nice to see what happens when you have helos flying column cover and lots of armor support! Kick butt, take names and then get the hell home.
Its kinda funny. A spokesman for the 4th ID mentioned that “when they engage a force with 8 M-1A2s, 4 Bradleys and a number of other armed vehicles, with 60 or so lightly armed irregulars, they’ve made a bad decision.” I haven’t heard much about the Apaches of the 4th Aviation Battalion yet, but I’m sure they were in on this too!
I will be glad when the whole damn thing is over so all our G.I.'s can come home!!!
