Don’t waste your money on these cheap airbrushes.
Buy something that works and will last a lifetime. [;)]

I fully agree. Money spent on a second or third class airbrush might as well be thrown out the window. You can spend the same amount of cash on a good quality double action brush that you’ll never have to upgrade or replace.

Hey kaobotic,
over in the general modelling discussion somebody is giving away an airbrush, shipping included. You should go check it out.

I also agree even if you cant afford an aircompressor to start…A quality airbrush using canned air is better than a cheap one!

hi thanks everyone i thought it would be cool as it was made by revell!

i cant afford the big fancy ones as i have £3 a week pocket mony - i know it sucks!

thanks again

joe!

Joe,

I’ve got an inexpensive airbrush and I’m doing just fine with it. It’s a Testors external mix, single action airbrush using canned air. With careful masking, I’ve been able to make a pretty nice paint job on my F-4 Phantom model.

na u get a testor one in the uk?

correction!

can u get a testors airbrush in the uk?

You could try the Badger 250, it’s single action external mix, it comes on a blister pack with the valve to connect it to air-cans and the hose.
You should be able to pick one up from you local hobby shop for about £14.00 or less, you can also get spare bottles (with lids) for your mixed pains.

Good luck Joe!

cool!

thinkin of getting the revell standard class with propellant with paints etc for me birthday in 2 weeks - cant wait!
