I think it was woodland scenics “snow.”
I have some of that woodland scenics snow, and Im not saying your wrong, but it looks a lot smaller than it did in that video. Im sure it would also work well, but Im not sure its the specific product youre looking for.
I more than likely am wrong, lol. I am just guessing.
