Just getting into models, like most of what i’ve read, did models as a kid, quite a hiatus, and now I’m pushing 30 and getting back into it. Trying to get the oldest son into it but he’s still not interested…yet

Your son will come around. My 10yo will work for a couple weeks on models, then do video games, or play sports for a few weeks. Then comes back to models for a while, but, he always seems to come back to them.
Looking forward to some pictures of your builds!
Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I know he’ll enjoy them once he gets the skills he needs. I’m enjoying my first build in a long while, Revells 1/48 P-51D. Trying to figure out work flow, techniques, and then I want to experiment with a couple painting techniques (washes has me most curious)
