He's back on eBay

Our friend Mr Jeffry Hutama, (better known as indohobbies, now known as crazyhobby01), has a beautiful 1/32 scale F-105G up for auction on ebay. See http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5977427323&fromMakeTrack=true . Does anyone recognize this model? The ARC forum is bouncing this one around again also.
Maybe he learned his lesson last time and is posting pictures of his own models this time.

That add on ebay is a real piece of work…I wonder if anyone will place a bid? I guess they’ll let anyone on there…

And did anyone notice anything !!!
Well let seanie tell you , the highest bidder , is also the guy that was bidding on the last build he had up for sale , the one that caused all the fuss before ??
i wonder if the high bidder is himself

Just a quick thought…a few years ago I think Ted Nugent[:p] wanted to buy Muzak and then blow it up[}:)]…we should do the same thing, buy it then do a web simulcast of the detonation…in fact raise money by charging to view the carnage then donate it to a worth while cause[^]…

I like the way you think Joe!

Let’s let Ted Nugent blow it up!

Jerry

Regardless-the asking price was $175.00-does he charge a $1.00 an hour? Myself-I am not into prebuilts. But I’ve seen everything from soul deeds to e-girlfriends on Ebay-that’s why I’ve never used it (although I do know some happy purchasers).

Oh well-guess I’m gettin’ old.
Dan

Why, o why, do I have my doubts that he’s the actual builder??? [xx(]

That’s a great idea Joe. I’d be willing to chip in a few bucks just for the fun of viewing the blow up [:)]

There is no telling what the buyer would actually get. I seem to recall that this guy was posting pictures of other modelers builds without thier permission, and then shipping something altogether different? I don’t know anything about E-bay, I don’t do business on auction type sights, but, it looks like all the wrath you fellas are laying on this guy seems well earned by doing something low down.

What goes around comes around, and bad things happen to bad people, so we can only hope…

The only problem with Joe’s idea of buying the “thing” and then making a pyro display out of it is that he gets a bunch of money for it to start with. I wish there was someway to positively determine if it is his build. He has the F-105G on ebay as well as JAS-39 Grippen and an F-14 Tomcat on ARC. They are top notch models, whether he built them or someone else did.

Seems like the majority of his buyers are satisfied. Check out his feedback. 3 negative out of 270 total. The rest say he is a great seller, etc., etc… Whether he is the builder or just listing and selling them for the builder, they look great and sell well with many satisfied customers. Looks like he has a lucrative business going. I personally would never buy a built model, don’t see the point in buying it from someone else when I can do it myself. There are many out there who do though, mainly people who collect certain models and don’t build them. To each their own. I see no reason to get down on the guy though.
