Look like I’ll be using the Italeri Leopard 1A4 for my Canadian C2 conversion. If I can still get one of those at a decent price!
That is just silly, I am going to go to my local hobby shop, where they had the one your looking for, I will buy it sell it to you for what I buy it for and I will provide reciept plus UPS shipping. They had the leopard about 2 weeks ago. I will let you know thursday 12/13 or fri 12/14.

Hey I remember seeing one or two of those Revell buggers at the LHS which also does mail order. Give them a call It’s Bridgetown Hobbies and games in Portland Oregon. They have a website, but I can’t remember the URL. Best to give them a call that way they can pull it from the shelf immediately. They got lots of old stuff laying around. The price was on par with other kits in that range, 30-40 bucks.
I would rather scratch build the add on armor…oh I did and did it to what the Germans did theres which is a little different then the Canadain verson.Digger

Amazing, it is still basically the Testors/Italeri Leopard 1A4 with some Revell tooled Bundeswehr fittings. I know the Testors or Italeri kits only go for about $20+shipping. It is too bad that most of Revell’s reboxed 1/35 kits only get one production run and then disappear.
As far as the fit, the base Italeri kit is widely considered one of Italeri’s best 1/35 scale tank kit that they ever made along with the M47 Patton.
OUCH, I can feel your pain. Take a look at HobbyBoss 1/35th scale Leo’s. They might have a Leo 1A5 for a lot less. I bought a Leo 2A4 which came with a bit of PE in the kit and it looks pretty good. Think I paid about $30 for it. On a similar note I understand the TASCA M4A1 Sherman I lusted after is gonna cost about $95.00. That really hurts. Rick Martin

I passed on one at a show/contest last year for $30…mainly 'cuz I sort of scratched one a few years ago. I used the old Tamiya Leo 1, Nichimo tracks, and a bunch of plastic sheet and putty. Looks like one…
Bad News and im sorry my guys at the hobby shop said it sold a few days before i came in on fri. They said they would try to order it again, but it may take a few weeks to get it in. Again i thought i had one for you. I am truly sorry.
