My attempt at a synthetic haze paint scheme.
That is a beautiful job! Sure like it. Very nice paint sheme and subtle weathering. Thanks for giving us a peek.
That synthetic haze scheme is too cool. Outstanding build. Excellent “I” stripes. Is that the Academy P-38E?

Beautiful build Mark. The synthetic haze scheme looks great & the invasion stripes are very well done. Great work [tup].

Very nice P-38, I really like that paint scheme and you did a great job with it. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice build. The invasion stripes seem to be counter productive to the camouflage attempts with the haze paint job, I guess that goes with changing objectives from not being seen to definately being seen.

She’s a beauty !
I was thinking the same thing about the haze scheme together with invasion stripes. It’s a very striking combination that makes for a great looking plane. I remember reading about the haze scheme some months back in FSM. You did a great job on it.

Nice one my friend ! Peter
Looks pretty cool, guy! Any chance of getting some more pictures from down low to show the transition from dark to light?
Fade to Black…
Thanks for the comments here’s a low angle shot to show the fade.
Very nice on the haze paint. Which kit did you use?
It’s the Academy 1/48 scale kit.
Nice clean look Mkhoot

Very nice. Never seen a recce lighting built up.
Great looking build! Very impressive job on the haze and invasion stripes. What color(s) did you use for the haze?

And here I was expecting to see an F-5E Tiger II… Nice looking other other one though
Very nive build!!!
I´v forgot what makes it an F5!!??
Best /Johan
Very nice build! And a wonderful job on the haze paint scheme, and those invasion stripes really make a contrast! I read that they were a pain in the butt to put on the real thing. The Pima Air Museum had an F-5 once, they painted it in overall blue, not sure if it was the correct color.
Thanks for sharing!
Sweet Hook… Looks great!
