Hi Everyone !

Yep , Communication . Why is it seemingly so hard for folks to do that face to face ? I had a situation arise at the Train Show this weekend to show what happens . I had a vendor coming in .A single Woman .Well liked, by a certain group . Well, last year she was all the way across the building andhad a hard time , because of health , dealing with that .She trusts the group with her booth .

Well , as Liason to the group from the Museum, I contacted the right folks and they said NO ! We will NOT change her location . There’s another level of this I won’t go into .

Anyway to shorten this .I arrive Thursday Morning, to Coffee and Donuts and a surprise . They moved her into the area with us, cutting off twelve foot on one side of the group’s display area ! Never said a word to me . If it hadn’t been for our founder proving an adjustment would work, it would’ve blown up in MY face !

My Museum folks NEVER said a word about the change .There’s another area she could’ve gone to .Again , No communication with me . This divulged at the last hour of the show .Nice Huh ? So that explained , this shows the need to communicate openly to make everything crystal clear . That way there’s no hard feelings .

I now have to bring this up at the Board Meeting this month ! Why didn’t you let me know about the alternative ? It would’ve made everyone happy with no problems . Communicate already , Right ? T.B.

I don’t follow,was it a good thing or a bad thing that she got into your area ? Did it cause a disruption,how did you and everybody feel ?

Actually it was a good thing . All things worked out and all that . Now , the best thing I can say is it brought to the fore that some of our officers don’t communicate well when they should .This should apply to all things in life though .

Communication does wonders for all situations . I believe if folks communicated better when sharing ideas there would be less confusion in this old world .

You see it did because someone communicated where they should have . This applies to all we do .If you, for instances wanted to build what I do you wouldn’t learn much if I didn’t communicate back right ? The same goes for Photos .I am still in trouble there but a new Camera will solve that .

Then My statements and ideas will be communicated better , Right ?
