Your attention to fine detail is exquisite. You may want to use a slower F-stop on your camera such as F-22 so your focus depth is greater. You have beautiful work but some of it is out of focus so your details are lost to the observer.
if using a tripod turn the vr/is off make the aparture as small as possible (BIGGEST number) the iso as low as possible and use a self timer or remote shutter release. the shutter might well stay open for several seconds so dont move lol but everything will be in focus and the image will be good
if you havnt got a tripod you have to compromise go with something like f22 aperture try to brace yourself against something for stability turn the vr/is on and if the shutter speed is below about 1/50th of a second then gradually up the iso setting until the shutter speed becomes sensible. low iso = better quality but can increase the shutter speed so its a compromise
