I have recently acquired a Hasegawa 1/32 YF-16 in the General Dunamics red, white and blue livery. My question is how in the world do I make the cockpit like the YF-16 it was so basic no MFD screens simple
dials and buttons and lots of space in the cockpit tub. There is absolutely nothing out there that I could convert the Hasegawa cockpit to something more accurate.
Any direction would be appreciated.

An “A” model cockpit set is going to be hard to find. Most are out of production. My only recommendation would be to keep an eye on Ebay for any of these sets.
I’ve got the eBay app open on my phone and eBay on speed dial…it’s a very rudimentary and simple set up the YF-16 cockpit. Nothing digital at all. dials and gauges. I might have to do some kit bashing and Quinta studios decal bashing to get it where it needs to be.
It’s a superb kit and ahead of its time for the age it is. I’m dying to get started on it and get to the red, white and blue colors !
