Help with paint colors

I am putting together an old Airfix 1:72 de Havilland Mosquito FBVI. No instructions with kit. How can i find paint colors for the RAF Mosquito during the 1943 time period?

Thanks for any response.

Here are some instructions. Looks to be a different variant.

Hope it works

Ocean gray / dark earth upper surfaces over medium sea gray lower surfaces. Most manufacturers have these colors (or at least a color close) in their paint line-ups

Thanks Bronto. Sounds like you had this build before.

This is great help. Thanks Ripcord.

There are three common schemes for the Mosquito VI depending upon the purpose it was being used for.

Night Intruder - Medium Sea Grey and Dark Green disruptive pattern on the upper surfaces. Night (black) under surfaces.

Day Fighter Scheme - Ocean Grey and Dark Green disruptive pattern on the upper surfaces. Medium Sea Grey on the under surfaces.

Night Fighter Scheme - All over Medium Sea Grey with Dark Green disruptive pattern on the upper surfaces.

NB. In the Night Fighter Scheme and Night Intruder Scheme the fin/rudder is left entirely MSG while in the Day Fighter Scheme the disruptive pattern continues on the fin/rudder. The photograph shows Mosquitoes in both the Day Fighter Scheme and the Night Fighter Scheme.

No Mosquito was ever painted Dark Earth and Ocean Grey A few Mosquitoes may have been painted In the Land Temerate Scheme (Dark Earth and Dark Green disruptive pattern on the upper surfaces) with MSG under surfaces during trials.
